Getting Started

In order to provide you with an accurate quote, we will first need to see your design and/or logo. Please email us your art file, along with the following information:
 
  • Quantity of items to be printed (48-item minimum opening order)
     
  • Shirt/product colors
     
  • Sides (front, back, pocket, sleeves, etc.)
     
  • Colors (this includes outline)
     
  • “Green” screen printing services* (by request only)

Quote & Delivery:
Following the review of your art file and order request, we will then be able to provide you with a quote and estimated shipping date. Please note that the normal production time is 7 to 10 business days. RUSH orders are an option; however, they are subject to an additional charge.

Setup Fees:
Setup fees are a one-time charge, paid for when placing your initial order.

Artwork, Film Positives, and Screens:
The customer owns the artwork and film positives if they have paid for them. The screens remain the property of Atomic Silkscreen & Design and will only be used upon your request.
 

*“Green” Screen Printing Services:
These environmentally friendly services encompass the use of Non-Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) or water-based inks. Please make your ink type selection upon placing your order, and be aware that there is a slight price difference when selecting this service due to the cost of these specialty inks.

Terms & Conditions

● Due to the nature of custom printed apparel, we cannot accept returns or exchanges of any items unless the merchandise is misprinted, materially flawed, or defective.

● In addition, please note that sizing can vary between manufacturers and styles. Also, products may vary in color from one manufacturer to another.

● Claims must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

● If you have any questions about how a garment may fit, or if you wish purchase a sample product, please contact us. We are not responsible for the purchase of incorrect sizes and will not be able to accept returns for this reason once the garments are custom printed.

● A job will not begin without the customer's approval via e-mail or fax of the written estimate and art proofs.

● All prices are given in writing.

● All written estimates are good for 30 days unless otherwise noted.
 
● A 50% deposit of the invoice total is due upon placing an order. Unless approved by Atomic Silkscreen & Design, orders of $300.00 or less must be paid in full at the time of order placement.

● Personal checks will only be accepted with prior approval from Atomic Silkscreen & Design. Orders are not shipped until personal checks have cleared. Please note that there is a $30.00 fee for returned checks.

● Atomic Silkscreen & Design reserves the right to cancel any order.

● Cancelled orders by customer are subject to a 30% cancellation charge for services and re-stocking fees.
